Kay Elizabeth
Director of Operations
Kay joined Cheryl’s team in 2020, bringing a unique blended background in professional music and executive-level administrative roles. Recently retired as the Assistant Artistic Director for the Sacramento Gay Mens’ Chorus (after nearly a decade with the group), she has worked with people from all walks of life and is committed to fostering inclusivity and diversity in the workplace. Kay’s resume also includes project and leadership work in water conservation, hydraulic engineering, client research, data analysis, and marketing strategy. She prides herself on genuine and straight-forward communication – and has completed special certification training in Client Focus & Orientation. When not busy working with Cheryl’s rockstar team and amazing clients, Kay still works as a musician, performer, and conductor throughout the Northern California arts community.

Whether a PhD, entrepreneur, mom or dad, Pericles’ commitment is the same: helping people develop the power and freedom to have the life they deserve. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he lived in Paris for over 3 years, immersing himself in the diversity of culture. Pericles now resides in Las Vegas, NV with his husband, Ben and dog Harry.

Barbara McCabe, a seasoned DGA director and producer, boasts 20+ years in broadcast, cable television, and multimedia. Her impactful career includes contributing to Emmy-nominated programs like The Dr. Phil Show and Anderson Cooper Live!. Barbara excelled as the producer of Bethenny’s popular segment, “Bethenny in Your Business,” teaching entrepreneurs to enhance their message and business success. As Executive Producer of Story First Films Inc., she directed acclaimed documentaries such as Brotherhood of Silence, currently in development for a feature film, and A Special Kind of Wrong. Barbara’s pioneering work with pharmaceutical advertising clients garnered Telly and Cable Ace awards, setting a precedent for incorporating documentary content into patient education. A member of the Directors Guild of America, Screen Actors Guild, and AFTRA, Barbara is a magna cum laude graduate of Emerson College, having begun her career as an actress and on-camera talent in New York City.

Emmy-nominated Director and Producer Rachel Nee-Hall boasts nearly two decades in the Directors Guild of America, showcasing her expertise in directing and producing renowned television shows such as Dr. Phil, Steve Harvey, and Entertainment Tonight. A versatile professional, Rachel excels as a cinematographer and editor. Her impactful documentary work includes The Boy They Called Bizarre, addressing child trafficking in Nigeria, and the award-winning The Final Cut on the cessation of female genital cutting in Senegal. Formerly an Emmy-nominated news anchor and reporter for CBS, Rachel is also the Executive Producer of Silky Pants Productions, Inc.®, collaborating with celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry.

Carla Conrad, a seasoned member of the Directors Guild of America, boasts over two decades of expertise in directing and producing diverse content for broadcast television, cable, and multimedia. Presently, she serves as a segment producer for Spectrum’s “Inside the Issues” with Alex Cohen and holds the role of planning producer for CNN International. Her impressive career includes contributions to award-winning shows such as Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, and Dr. Phil, along with writing and producing one-hour specials for networks like VH1, Lifetime, and E!. Passionate about community impact, Carla has utilized her production skills to support the medical community, creating educational videos for the International Myeloma Foundation and producing a documentary for the Alzheimer’s Association. With a talent for eliciting compelling narratives, Carla has interviewed countless professionals, celebrities, and everyday individuals, empowering them to share their stories with professionalism and passion.
Bryan Solomon

Bryan, a current producer for NBC News National, has been on the launch teams for two shows on NBC News’ streaming channel “NBC News NOW”. Prior to his tenure at 30 Rock, he worked on “Varney and Co.” on FOX Business as a Producer and Guest Booker. He has covered major national and international events, including the war in Ukraine, 2020 election, Covid-19 pandemic, record financial market activity, and more. He was a judge for the 2021 and 2022 News and Documentary Emmy Awards. Bryan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a native New Yorker.

Chelsey just recently joined our team in 2023 after retiring from her 17 year career. She brings a wide range of expertise with her from her past leadership roles in Healthcare, Food Service Management and most recently in Human Resources. She is excited to join the Magnify Your Message team as Virtual Assistant and be able to support this fantastic organization under Cheryl. Chelsey is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is an avid Sooner sports fan! She lives outside of the Houston area with her husband and two children!

Adam is passionate about helping others grow their businesses. In his free time, he enjoys off-roading, hiking, boating, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, and reading. He relishes spending time in the gym, hanging out with his dog, and wine tasting. He currently resides in the beautiful part of California called Lodi, famous for its world-renowned wine, so naturally, he enjoys visiting different wineries and tasting rooms throughout the area. Adam has initiated many different businesses in the past, which is where his passion for business stems from. From lemonade stands and lawn mowing as a kid to building multi-million-dollar-per-year SaaS companies, he simply enjoys business and helping others grow their businesses into wildly successful ventures.

Prior to her time in production, Ari conducted dozens of on-camera interviews with celebrities, before turning to talent booking, where she has generated a network of thousands. Ari works on Varney & Co on Fox Business, the top rated business show in daytime America. She has been the key booker for this show for the past 5 years booking high profile guests daily.
